Please read the following instructions carefully so to understand how the
process works and thus help us to serve you better and more efficiently:
Step 1: Initial & Minimum Non Refundable Deposit
You can queue your work by placing an NON REFUNDABLE deposit of $50 which in
all cases represents the cost for dealing with your case. Please do not proceed with the order if you're not happy
with this term - we can dedicate our time to customers that have already decided
what they want to do through our services.
Step 2: Submitting the specifications of the work to be done
Once your non refundable payment is placed then you will instantly be asked to
fill in a Questionnaire, and thus provide us with the details needed for your
project. The submission of the Questionnaire to our system will automatically
create a help ticket to our helpdesk and we shall then assign an agent to your
ticket.
Step 3: Finalizing specifications
Our agent will review the information submitted by the Questionnaire and may
contact you for asking more details or if all information is correct clear enough then
our agent will update the ticket by
finalizing the specifications and thus asking for your confirmation. You will then have the chance to either
verify the specifications or provide our agents with any further clarifications
needed.
Attention: Failure to proceed with the finalization of the specifications in 72
hours maximum after the corresponding request by our agent will result to the
cancellation of the project.
Step 4: Estimating cost & delivery time
Upon the finalization and clear formulation of all the specifications of your
project, our agent will also inform you about the final cost of your project and
the time needed for its completion and delivery.
You will then have the following choices:
- Proceed with the next step.
- "Freeze" the project for 30 days and proceed with the next step
afterwards.
- Drop the project - for any reason you may have, no questions asked. In
that case communication stops there.
If/when you decide to proceed with the implementation of your work and clearly
verify that to our agent through the corresponding help ticket assigned to your
case then we shall proceed with the next step either with case A or B.
Step 5: Implementing the work - Case A
If the final amount to be paid for the work to be done does not exceed
the non refundable paid amount of $50, then our agent will proceed with the
completion of your work. Skip to Step 7.
Step 5: Implementing the work - Case B
If the final amount to be paid for the work to be done exceeds the
non refundable paid amount of $50, then you'll need to proceed with Step 6.
Step 6: Second Non Refundable Payment - where applied.
You will have to proceed with a 50% payment of the total amount as
that amount has been recorded on that ticket.
You will need to use our "shopping cart" ordering system for placing your
payment. As you can see there are various amounts starting from $1 to $100 so
feel free to formulate the amount to be paid by multi-selecting the correct
amounts. Example: if you want to pay an invoice of $52 then you'll need to
choose 5x$10 + 2x$1, etc. Once you have placed your order remember to update
your help ticket with the full receipt.
Attention:
- Failure to proceed with and complete Step 6 in 48 hours maximum after the
corresponding request by our agent will result to the cancellation of the
project.
- By placing the second payment (aka. the first 50% of the total cost
of the project) you agree that EVERYTHING has been clear to your communication
between you and our agent and thus you have a clear picture of the work to be
delivered to you. You also agree that the second payment represents the cost for
the time our agent will consume for structuring the completion of your work and
preparing the completion of the final project to you and for that reason the
second payment cannot be refunded.
Step 7: Completion of the work
If Step 5 - Case A is your case then the work will be completed in 24-72 hours
after the finalization of the specifications of your project as described above.
Skip the next step and proceed with Step 9.
If Step 5 - Case B is your case then the completion of the work will take place
according to the agreements between you and our agent as those agreements have
been recorded inside your help ticket. In that case delivery time depends on the
complexity of your project and it can take from 72 hours to 5 working days.
Step 8: Third Non Refundable Payment - where applied Our agent
will notify you once the work is completed. You will have the chance to
preview the work done for you ONLY if the preview of the work does not equal to
the actual delivery of the project per se. For example you may preview your
graphics with a watermark notice on them, or part of the articles, etc.
Once you will be informed about the completion of your work, then you
will need to proceed with the third and last 50% payment by using the same "shopping
cart" ordering system, and then update the ticket with the full receipt of
the payment.
Step 9: Delivery
Upon full payment the project will be delivered to you either as an attachment to
the corresponding help ticket or as a zipped file uploaded on our servers.
Step 10: After delivery
Once the project is delivered to you, you can exercise one of the following
options:
- Verify the completion of the project and thus close the
corresponding help ticket. In that case we thank you for your trust
and support and look forward to seeing your next order soon.
- Ask for modifications: Our agent will then inform
you about the total cost and the delivery time of those modifications
and you need to proceed from Step 6 again.
Why No Refunds?
Because we guarantee results and trust the work of our agents. You may
find other services online that offer a refund right to you. However we'd
like to limit the availability of our services to turbo customers that trust
our work. If you have the slightest doubt for the quality of our work then
please do not use our services.
